Our high end facility can run at it's best, when our team members are where they want to be. We are thankful to have a large team of equine professionals working in their area of expertise to create the well-oiled machine called Orchard View Equestrian Center.

Cailyn Taschek

Owner & Instructor

Cailyn is why we are all here. At the young age of 23 she made the leap to buy a farm, and became the founder of all that is OVEC.

Bonnie Chapek

Barn Manager & Instructor

Bonnie is the the friendly face you almost always see at the barn. She is heavily involved in the care of all the animals and runs the lesson program.

Dan & Karissa Kuntzsch

Farm Managers & Body Worker

Dan and Karissa take care of the farm. Filling feeders, fixing fences, etc. Karissa also runs Spirit Equine, LLC where she provides body work for our horses.

William Gagliardi

Farm Hand

What does William do? Well, just about everything. Not sure what we would do without him! He helps with lessons, chores, farm repair, and just about everything else.

Trainer and Instructor

Dylan is our APHA/AQHA/PtHA trainer who leads our show team. See him at shows across the Midwest training and coaching.

Lauren is the first face you meet. She introduces you into the barn and leads you into the right path. She is the one who runs Horsemanship, Evaluations, and Intro Tours.

Jordanna is our versatile horse trainer. Not wanting to join our show team, but want your horse in training? She's your gal. See her also being one of our main instructors in our busy lesson program. She will also be the one to help buy or sell a horse!
